Sponsorship Opportunities
A monthly event for the artists and builders shaping hybrid AI production workflows.
The creative AI audience is constantly experimenting with new workflows, tools, and ideas. Creative AI NYC gives sponsors a monthly room where creators compare commercial models, open-source workflows, context-building techniques, and repair methods in front of a community that shows up to learn by doing.
Origin Story
The open-source community gave us the first clear signal: creators want to gather in person to understand how AI systems actually work.
ComfyUI NYC is the start. Creative AI NYC expands that energy into a broader event for hybrid production, where artists and technicians use the best available model, tool, or workflow for the shot in front of them.

Why Now
Creators are not choosing one AI product for every problem. They are assembling context, testing models, repairing artifacts, and moving between commercial and open-source systems depending on the project.
The sponsor opportunity is to be present where those habits are forming: in the room, in the workflow, and in the recorded content that shows other creators what is possible.
Creators choose commercial, open-source, image, video, audio, and multimodal models based on the creative constraint.
The craft is compiling references, prompts, footage, assets, and constraints so models can produce usable output.
Production work depends on iteration, cleanup, relighting, upscaling, continuity fixes, and editorial judgment.
The Space
Creative AI NYC happens inside ZeroSpace: a 50,000+ sq ft event venue and production studio in downtown Brooklyn, built for virtual production, performance capture, and live events.
The largest fixed-install virtual production stage on the East Coast gives presenters a unique, immersive demo surface. Our hero LED wall is 60 feet wide and 8000x2000 pixel resolution.
Motion capture, volumetric capture, virtual production, and greenscreen technology inspires the audience and creates AI-ready demo assets.
The space moves from stage programming to hands-on demos, workshops, interactive installations, networking, and rich conversation.
Featured in an episode of Huge If True with Cleo Abram and Marques Brownlee (MKBHD), bringing the production tech stack to a mainstream audience.
The Event
Creative AI NYC is built around talks, live demos, workflow breakdowns, partner presentations, and high-quality networking for technical creators.
Artists, filmmakers, developers, and technical directors explain how real projects were made and where tools helped or broke.
Sponsors and creators demonstrate models, workflows, interfaces, and pipelines in front of an audience ready to evaluate them.
Hands-on workshops let sponsors teach a specific model, feature, technique, or production workflow.
Networking brings together founders, AI artists, video developers, filmmakers, creative technologists, and students.

Who's in the Room
The Audience
The room combines creative taste, technical fluency, and tool adoption behavior.
This is the audience that evaluates new models, turns workflows into tutorials, influences peers, and brings tools into studios, agencies, startups, and independent projects.
Sponsor Fit
Show creators where the model excels, gather live qualitative feedback, seed workflow examples, and create recorded demos that travel beyond the room.
Teach workflows, demonstrate product depth, earn hands-on usage, and position the platform as the operational layer for hybrid creative AI production.
Support the backend of creator workflows through credits, inference, storage, orchestration, GPU access, and production reliability.
Meet the creative technologists who can bring AI workflows into film, advertising, entertainment, experiential, and branded content pipelines.
Workflow Thesis
Creators gather references, storyboards, footage, camera constraints, visual language, and brand or project requirements.
They choose commercial models, open-source models, creative suites, or custom workflows based on the shot and the deadline.
Output is evaluated for story, style, physics, continuity, identity, editability, and production value.
Teams use upscaling, compositing, relighting, repainting, editorial fixes, and human craft to make the work usable.
